Postgres konnte keine Verbindung zum Server herstellen

Nachdem ich die brew update y brew upgrade mein Postgres hat ein Problem. Ich habe versucht, Postgres zu deinstallieren und neu zu installieren, aber es hat nicht so gut funktioniert.

Dies ist die Fehlermeldung. (Ich erhalte diese Fehlermeldung auch, wenn ich versuche, die rake db:migrate )

$ psql
psql: could not connect to server: No such file or directory
    Is the server running locally and accepting
    connections on Unix domain socket "/tmp/.s.PGSQL.5432"?

Wie kann ich das Problem lösen?

Mac-Version: Berglöwe.

Homebrew-Version: 0.9.3

Postgres-Version: psql (PostgreSQL) 9.2.1

Und das habe ich getan:

Jetzt, nachdem ich Homebrew neu installiert habe, kann ich bei der Verwendung von $ psql Es wird keine Fehlermeldung angezeigt.

Aber ich laufe rake db:migrate in meiner Rails-App, zeigt es:

Endlich habe ich eine Lösung gefunden.

sudo mkdir /var/pgsql_socket/
sudo ln -s /private/tmp/.s.PGSQL.5432 /var/pgsql_socket/

Diese Lösung ist ein wenig kompliziert, aber sie funktioniert. Hoffentlich hat jemand eine bessere Lösung

Das funktioniert auch bei mir.

rm /usr/local/var/postgres/postmaster.pid

-h Hostname --host=Hostname

Gibt den Hostnamen des Rechners an, auf dem der Server läuft. Wenn der Wert mit einem Schrägstrich beginnt, wird er als Verzeichnis für den Unix-Domänen-Socket verwendet.

Wenn Sie Ihr System herunterfahren, ohne psql zu beenden, hat Postgres einige Dateien nicht entfernt.

Ich habe die Datei postmaster.pid nicht in dem Verzeichnis gefunden

Ich habe dasselbe Problem, weil ich einen falschen Postgres-Benutzernamen im Code verwende. Ich habe mich bei Postgres angemeldet psql -d postgres und geben Sie \du um den Rollennamen zu übernehmen und den Benutzernamen von Postgres zu korrigieren.

Wenn ihr also mit diesem Problem konfrontiert seid, müsst ihr sicherstellen, dass ihr den richtigen Postgres-Benutzernamen, das richtige Passwort, den richtigen Hostnamen und die richtige Datenbank verwendet...
