Windows-1251-Datei innerhalb einer UTF-8-Site?

Question

Hallo alle Masters Of Web Delevopment :) Ich habe ein Stück PHP-Skript, das die letzten 10 gespielten Lieder von meinem Winamp abruft. Dieses Skript befindet sich in einer Datei (nennen wir sie "lastplayed.php"), die in meiner Website mit der Funktion php include in einem "div" enthalten ist. Meine Website ist auf UTF-8 Kodierung. Das Problem ist, dass einige Musiktitel in Windows-1251-Kodierung sind. Und in meiner Website werden sie wie "" angezeigt... Gibt es eine bekannte Möglichkeit, diesem div mit der darin enthaltenen "lastplayed.php" die Windows-1251-Kodierung zu geben? Oder gibt es andere Vorschläge?

P.S.: Die Datei mit dem Abrufskript a.k.a. "lastplayed.php" wird in UTF-8 konvertiert. Aber wenn es ANCII ist, ist das Ergebnis dasselbe. Ich versuche, einen Meta-Tag mit Windows-1251 zwischen den Head-Tag zu setzen, aber es passiert wieder nichts.
