Standardmäßig ToArrayString() gibt das Byte-Array einfach als lange Zeichenkette aus einzelnen Bytes aus. Wie auch immer, ToArrayString(4, 16) gruppiert die Bytes in Vierergruppen, mit 16 Bytes pro Zeile, genau wie in Ihrem Lieblings-Hex-Editor. Und das folgende formatiert das Byte-Array für die Verwendung in C#-Code:

byte[] bytearray = new byte[]{ ... };
Console.Write(bytearray.ToArrayString(4, 16, ", ", ",   ", ",\r\n", true, "0x"));

Die erste Variante ist mir die liebste, denn sie ermöglicht es mir, zu ersetzen:

FindControl mit eingebautem Casting:

public static T FindControl<T>(this Control control, string id) where T : Control
{
    return (T)control.FindControl(id);
}

Es ist nichts Erstaunliches, aber ich denke, dass es den Code sauberer macht.

Nützlich für Unit-Tests:

Zwei kleine (manche Leute finden sie albern), die ich in alle meine Projekte einbaue, sind:

public static bool IsNull(this object o){
  return o == null;
}

public static bool IsNullOrEmpty(this string s){
  return string.IsNullOrEmpty(s);
}

Es macht meinen Code so viel flüssiger.

if (myClassInstance.IsNull()) //... do something

if (myString.IsNullOrEmpty()) //... do something

Ich glaube, das wären wirklich schöne Erweiterungsobjekte, wenn wir die jemals bekommen.
