Es gibt ein Kommandozeilenwerkzeug namens " setx " für diesen Job. Es ist für Lesen und Schreiben env-Variablen. Die Variablen bleiben auch nach dem Schließen des Befehlsfensters erhalten.
Es "erstellt oder ändert Umgebungsvariablen in der Benutzer- oder Systemumgebung, ohne dass Programmierung oder Skripte erforderlich sind. Die Website setx Befehl ruft auch die Werte von Registrierungsschlüsseln ab und schreibt sie in Textdateien.
Hinweis: Die mit diesem Tool erstellten oder geänderten Variablen sind in zukünftigen Befehlsfenstern verfügbar, nicht aber im aktuellen CMD.exe-Befehlsfenster. Sie müssen also neu starten.

Dieses Skript löst das in einem Kommentar von @Gene beschriebene Problem Majewski: refreshenv ändert die Umgebungsvariablen TEMP und TMP und ersetzt sie durch die in HKCU gespeicherten Werte \Environment. In meinem Fall führe ich die Skript aus, um die vom Jenkins-Job geänderten Umgebungsvariablen auf einem Slave der unter dem SYSTEM-Konto läuft, also werden TEMP und TMP durch durch %USERPROFILE% \AppData\Local\Temp 代わりに C:\Windows\Temp. Diese bricht den Build ab, weil der Linker den Temp-Ordner des Systemprofils nicht öffnen kann.

Die beste Methode, die mir einfiel, war eine einfache Registry-Abfrage. Hier ist mein Beispiel.
In meinem Beispiel habe ich eine Installation mit einer Batch-Datei durchgeführt, die neue Umgebungsvariablen hinzugefügt hat. Sobald die Installation abgeschlossen war, musste ich etwas damit machen, war aber nicht in der Lage, einen neuen Prozess mit diesen neuen Variablen zu starten. Ich habe versucht, ein anderes Explorer-Fenster zu starten und cmd.exe aufzurufen, was auch funktionierte, aber unter Vista und Windows 7 läuft der Explorer nur als einzelne Instanz und normalerweise als die angemeldete Person. Dies würde mit der Automatisierung scheitern, da ich meine Administratorrechte benötige, um Dinge zu tun, unabhängig davon, ob sie vom lokalen System oder als Administrator auf dem System ausgeführt werden. Die Einschränkung dabei ist, dass Dinge wie Pfade nicht behandelt werden, sondern nur einfache Umgebungsvariablen. So konnte ich einen Batch verwenden, um in ein Verzeichnis (mit Leerzeichen) zu gelangen und Dateien hineinzukopieren, die als .exes usw. laufen.
